Experiencing frequent brief outages. Sometimes resetting modem fixes the outage, sometimes not. Can't tell for certain if it's a faulty modem/router or the NBN connection but I suspect it's the TPG-supplied modem/router. Upgraded to a faster connection with little to no improvement. Losing phone calls and streaming shows often interrupted - very frustrating. Happy to purchase a higher spec modem/router if necessary. Please test/review my connection history and advise. Cheers ...
