I have a Huawei 659 with a landline phone connected to it. I am looking for better range/speed/no dropouts. Alot of what I see in here says if I upgrade,I will not be able to use my phone fromthe new modem/router. I would like to upgrade my modem and am interested in the TP-Link X60. But I have a landline phone as well. The X60 does not have telephone (rj11) ports. I have read articles detailing BYO Devices but none of these seem to cover if you have a phone bundle as well. Is there a list of tested modems that cover modem options if you have both landline and NBN? Or would I have to keep my HG689 for the phone and then plug the X60 into it.
