Can anyone tell me why there is so many upgrades done .every couple of months I lose all internet for a couple of days due to upgrades.there has just been another upgrade that lasted for 3days and now about to have another one for the day .i lose approx 12 days a year of internet but still have to pay my month account .just over it all ...
