Hi, I've just got the email that from 21/09/2022, my current NBN broadband plan will increase by $5/mth. I want to switch to other providers. Since TPG usually withdraws my money on every 13th and I need to send 30 day notice to cancel the service, if I cancel on 26/09/2022, how much is my refund? Regards, Tri

Hi, When 6 month contract comes to an end on the expiry date, it means that the contract is not renewed and I'm free to go to other providers without any fee charged right? Thanks. Minh
