Hi,   For the past 22 months we had the NBN 100 plan with TPG with a typical evening download speed of 85Mbps.   We experienced perfect picture quality when streaming Netflix in the evenings.   Recently, we upgraded to the NBN Ultrafast plan with TPG with a typical evening speed of 250Mbps.   Strangely, since upgrading, we have been experiencing an unexplained intermittent reduction in picture quality when streaming Netflix in the evenings.   We have used speedtest.net to test the internet speed on several occasions in the daytime since the plan upgrade and it has been between 200 - 250Mbps. Our modem is a TP Link VR1600v, exactly the same modem we were using before the recent plan upgrade.   We are at a loss to explain why paying more money to upgrade has resulted in a worse streaming experience!   Hoping a TPG moderator might be able to help?   Thank you. ...
