Hi,    Experiencing a super slow and unstable ADSL2+ connection in Marsfield NSW. 0.20 Mbps download, 0.39 Mbps upload.  This is the 2nd time that has happened in a month.  Sending this message via 4G tethered from a phone.   Please assist. No need to send another Telstra tech to the premises. It's been checked and it's all fine.  Please come up with a better solution to resolve the issue.  NBN is not an option.
