Same here, in Bondi. Since last Sunday my internet randomly drops out making almost impossible to work from home, and every time I check the nbn outage website there is none in my area. Could you please advise on how to proceed? I am sick of restarting the modem over and over again. Thanks

Hi TPG tech support. I am reaching out to you as we have been experiencing problems since Sunday, 3 September. Our internet connection has been extremely realiable except for a few outages in the past but since last Sunday it keeps dropping out every 20-30 mins. There is no internet connection most of the time. Your chat does not seem to work. Can someone please assist us? A reliable connection is essential to be able to perform work from home and we don’t have it now. Regards Javier
