Hi there, Have no internet access. Have reset NBN box (with paper clip) and also turned off power for 30 seconds. Optical Light remains red. Thanks

Hi @Riezl , A Case Manager did call me on Saturdat 20/02, and we discussed shipping a NCD to the address where the item is missing. Would you know if it has been shipped yet? I didn't received any confirmation and any tracking number yet. Thanks, Alex

Hi there, I received the modem but no NCD, however the installation guide mentioned to connect the NBN NCD to the wall and after the modem. I don't have this NCD, can you please advice. Thanks, Alex
