I've been getting continual dropouts on my Internet service for over 3 weeks. Varying times but anything from 1 to 15 minutes. It's become so unrelaibel I've had to tether my phone to watch any internet based service like netflix. I went into my TPG account and had ton reset my password as I'd forgotten it. Do I need to update the router password as well as it's the same account the router uses to login? Anyway, I've done that as I couldn't connect, not even for 1 minute.
