Thanks for your response. TPG engineer tells me a new modem will be delivered to me. I forget to ask the engineer which day the modem will be delivered? I hope to get it early next week.

This afternoon’s storm and thunder kill my NBN modem and NCD, both light off and can not be powered on. I need new modem and NCD ASAP. Which way is quickest? Now I can not send private message because I do not have sufficient privilege, please increases my privilege. My customer ID is xxxxxx.
