Same thing happened here in Hillsdale NSW 2036. No internet after the thunderstorm. Called them and got some assurances but not sure when they will fix this.

Hi, Im from Hillsdale, eastern suburbs, After the lightning storm there is ni intrrnet. Only the a red light blinking and making clicking noise after the storm. How long to fix THIS? Any idea?
