Hi, I recently requested for cancelling TPG Home Wireless service and two mobile plans from the community, and someone was able to help me out.  After I got an email from TPG that 'we have received the request for your TPG Home Wireless service: cancel service'. and added that ' we'll send you another email once this request has been completed'. I was wondering when will this request be completed? And also, where can I return the modem? Is there a pick up serivce, or do I need to mail it to a specific location? Thank you ... View more

Hi, I am returning back to my hometown and therefore I am planning to cancel all my tpg plans. I'm currently using 'home wireless broadband', and I was wondering where I can return the modem. I have a plane to catch on the 5th of November in the morning, so I was hoping if I can use it untill then ( because  the home wireless broadband resets on the 10th of Novemeber, so I can still use it), but I was wondering where I can leave the modem after I leave for the tpg to pick it up.
