Hi All I have an 2.5 year old archer vr1600v ver:1.1 modem. Twice in the last 2 weeks the 2.4 GHz channel has dropped to 2.5 Mbps while the 5 GHz remained at 49 Mbps. Rebooting the modem corrected the problem. However, if has dropped twice in 2 weeks is this an indication that the modem is on the way out?   If so does TPG sell preconfigured modems compatible with the VoIP VDSL/ADSL? I dont see them on the web page. I see officeworks sell TP-Link Archer VR2100V Router that has phone jacks. However, I dont see that model in the https://www.tpg.com.au/content/nbn-modem-guides support pages.  To configure a new modem are the following instructions universal?   On the home screen, select Advanced and Operation Mode. 8. Select Wireless Router Mode. 9. Click Save; and the modem will reboot to save the changes. 10. Select Basic, then select Internet. 11. Select PPPoE as Connection Type. 12.
