Am getting extremely high latency issues recently. It happens periodically, but when it does happen, its down for the day. Current issue and troubleshooting: Constant ping of Google servers shows that the ping hits 1000ms, then slowly declines down to 8ms, then like clockwork the next ping is 1000ms again and slowly declines again and the cycle repeats all day. The same occurs for any website, not just google.   Makes gaming or any internet browsing extremely painful and unusable in some circumstances. I cant be the only one experiencing this?   ...
