Thanks Shane.. I have spoken to a customer service rep and they are having someone call me back in a few days.  I spent over an hour on the phone, doing all sorts of checks on my phone. With no solutions. So now it's been escalated to someone higher up. Could it be related to the fact I have had both mobile numbers ported from Telstra to TPG? So when ever I send an SMS, that SMS has to go from my mobile phone to the TPG Mobile Systems, then to Telstra Mobile Systems because they originally provided my mobile number, then back to the TPG Mobile Systems, then to my wifes mobile phone? ... I'm having the same problem?  I sent my wife an SMS on Tuesday morning the 26th October 2021 at about 10.30am and she received it at 8.24pm on the 4th November 2021, yep last night. Both phones are the same make and model (Samsung A32 4G - purcahsed in May 2021) and both are new to the TPG Mobile Sim Only plan. Normal SMS messages between our phones can take anywhere from 15 minutes up to 12 hours to be sent and received. Both our mobile numbers have been ported from Telstra, in case that's makes a difference. Why did it take so long?  I'll bet TPG Staff blame our phones, asks me to PM, so no one can find out what the issue is and how to solve it. I had the same issue when trying to ring 13 & 1300 numbers in Australia after signing up for TPG NBN, Land Line & Mobile Phone plan. I was getting a screaming fax tone when I tried calling these numbers. A call to TPG Tech Support fixed it immediately, the person at TPG turned something on or changed a setting in my account system and now I have no problems ring ing 13 & 1300 phone numbers from my Home phone or my Mobile phone.   ...
