I am really frustrated about how I was treated and how my issue was handled (never happened). I had such an easy to fix issue that was never fixed. Calling customer service every day all not doing anything and never let me talk with a manager. On Saturday I had enough and cancelled the service. Signed up with another provider that took literally 3 hr to fix the problem and make sure I had internet (on a non business day). Shame on tpg customer service and the way it is all organised.
