I have two Windows 11 laptops both connected to the same Wi-Fi network in my home via an Archer VR1600v router. Both can browse the Internet without any problems. Neither can see each other. Each replies to the other when pinged but with "Destination host unreachable". I have also tried to connect to the Wireless devices from a wired connection but that doesn't work either. Of course, it doesn't make a difference if the wireless devices are using static or dynamic IPs.
