Appointment this morning which I was around for. 4 hour window came and went. No technician. Email notification to say appointment rescheduled for another week, apparent reason being no one was on the premises. How can that be?The whole time I was lying on the lounge watching tv with full view out front, front door was open, car was in the drive. No text message, nothing left in letterbox.
