I haveunsuccessfully been able to cancel my service even though I changed to a new provider on the 11th of November and have not received services from the 21st of November. However I was horrified to learn that my bank account had been debited for the amount $69.99 even though the service has been transferred and no longer provided by TPG. Don't know too many people that would be happy to pay for something they are not receiving.   I have been a loyal customer since joining TPG in August 2015 at which I moved from from Adam Internet. I wasn't required to cancel the service as the transfer of service was managed by TPG.
