We have seen it with the banks. Now we are seeing it with TPG. We indicated we were transferring to another provider on 24/11/2021, and TPG cut us off on that date. However they have billed us until 24/12/2021. So we are being billed for a month in which we are not being provided a service. This is about as ethical as charging dead customers for financial advice. Unbelievable.
