Why is Planned maintenance conducted on a Monday between 7am and 3pm. This is peak usage for WFH workers. How is this time determined? To make matters worse - there was a pubvlic transport strike in the same area so very difficult to get to the office. Why isn't this maintenance done poutside peak times? ... View more
