Hi, I have a HFC connection roughly an hour ago 4pm aest my internet cut out can't get it to reconnect. I've checked to see if there is an outage(there isnt) I've tried power cycling the modem, power cycling the connection box. I have a landline phone when I try to make a call I hear the number dialing sounds followed by a long unbroken tone.
