Yes someone has to pay the costomer call centres in India & Asia. It's a smart business move by TPG to keep customer service numbers down. It also makes people pay for a service they may or may not need at that particular time. Classed under the stupid people who can't work out their bills syndrone. In other words well all need to smarten up & understand our contracts & bills better for everybody to be happy.

I don't have a problem with that but I would like to do it on my computer when I have internet access as I lost access 2 hours ago. But the good thing is I now have phone access after 7 days.

Regards, Why does the tech department, have to wait so long, for a response from admin, to do their work? It appears to me that adim is very slow in their response to their Tech dept. It must be very frustrating for them.
