alexmail, if you still have this issue - this may sound crazy but we have a tpg hosted domain at home and have experienced a very similar sounding issue (a few times), try updating/changing the account password. After extended grief, this solved our non-delivery issue.

I've been unable to send email for the past three days, receiving a 'banned' notification (attached). Password was updated as suggested in the Community threads without any improvement. An email was sent to Postmaster from an alternate account but still no reply. Help!
