Hi, I have transfered my NBN from OPtus to TPG because optus service was substandard. I have the NBN connected but my TPG account is not initialised. I have been waiting nearly a mweek without internet or phone. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT INTERNET THIS LONG .Please what is the delay ?i cannot soend hours on the phone waiting for a service rep.
