Hello All Sorry to open up this ticket again but I have followed the instructions below and they are all working so thank you very much but just want to ask a question. The initial admin advice stated:    Under advanced tap on IPv4. It should say PPPoE underneath Disable “Ignore Ping from WAN" and tap on back arrow Is IPv4 still workable or should I switch to IPv6?
