No internet - new connection

Hi I just set up my new modem and even though TPG sent an email saying service is active, I cannot connect to the internet. I've waited 1hr now no green light on modem. * checked all connections. * checked modem: says dsl port disconnected yet plugged in. What do I do next pls ? Thanks ... View more
