Hi, my internet was working fine at least until I went to bed in the early hours. Then when I woke up I've had no internet all day.....   I've tried turning on/off anad factory reset. I don't know much about hte settings in the router, but I can see there is a WAN that is disconnected, so tried clicking Connect but that didn't work.   No device on the network can access the internet through the router, including 2 mobile phones and my laptop.   Please advise next steps!   Thanks! ... Hi,   I have an installation scheduled for 14 Feb. As I realised I actually get the keys on the morning of the 11th I wanted to reschedule my installation for that afternoon.   I've submitted the online Installation reschedule request twice over about a week and zero responses. Hi,   We use our mobiles for all calls. TPG has their FTTB connection for $60 with PAYG calls. How easy is it to block any phone calls from being made? Or, is there a phone handset that can simply be disconnected?   Thanks! ... View more
