Hi, I am transfer from Telstra to TPG. I signed up and charged on 9/01/2022, the internet service was still not activated. I was told not to cancel my current plan with Telstra until my TPG NBN connected, thus I did not cancel it. However, just found my Telstra NBN was cancelled today…now I have to live without internet. Did TPG cancel the service? Can someone look into this and solve the problem ASAP!!!! ... View more
