Hi, there was a power outage yesterday for five hours. Since power was back yesterday, I have not been able to connect my internet. The NBN box has a red blinking light. I have emailed TPG twice and also called the support number and stayed on the line for 10 minutes with no response. It has been nearly 24 hours with no internet.
