Thank you Angeli I tried to ring Telstra , my TPG landline number is 7*** ****, they said this number only belongs to TPG, cannot port out, do you know what other landline service provider can port out this number. Telstra also said all future landlines will run on internet instead of copper line, if I don’t have internet account myself (TPG said not able to install NBN in this address since there is a building NBN provider in place, I may use the building NBN service ) how can I keep my own landline number Also what’s the difference between biz phone and ISP trunking service. If I choose to use these service , I can keep my landline number with TPG . Is that right ?We are small office up to 5 staffs . If you are to port out your telephone number, this must be completed prior to the account termination and you need to notify your new ISP that you wish to port in your existing number.
