I moved to TPG because my existing service provider had crap help desk. I read reviews and TPG were up there with service and quality. Day 1 switchover. No service. I have connectivity and can ping dns servers. Admin page on router says yes Internet. No internet. I am supposed to be working from home tomorrow.
