Hi @david64 Yea.. internet still down. Old model still turns on and no config changes since 2 years ago.. it happen after recent heavy rain. Its a deco M5. I did not add @TPG.com.au and I shall look at the vland id too. Thank you for your help 😁 ... View more

No internet connection

Hi there, I have no internet connection since yesterday. The nbn black box 4 green lights are solid & i did turn off the power on nbn box & modem couple of times.. so I assumed my modem gave up. Bought tp-link deco but its still the same. The unit couldnt connect to the internet.. selected PPPoE and entered my username & password. Could you please help? Thank you ... View more
