Hi there. I contacted TPG customer support over the past couple of weeks regarding a refund of my mobile prepayment and account statements to be emailed to me. I was advised that these will be processed in a couple of days, however, I haven't heard back and have followed up multiple times to no avail.   The most recent reference number for the calls is 66357695.
