Today my Outlook program started showing a send and recieve error "authentication denied. User denied due to previous abuse" I used the guides from the TPG Community to reset my password and can send emails from my webmail but not from Outlook. After talking to a support person at TPG I was advised to delete my TPG account from Outlook and have been unable to add a new account. Please help ... View more
