This has been an ongoing problem for me and TPG has not been able to resolve it. The issue is TPG emails are bring rejected by Dreamscape who provide the backend service. But nobody will fix the problem. I even got the ombudsman involved but because Dreamscape are a wholesaler and not a retail provider they can’t help. This has been happening to me for nearly 3 months. I know of so many other customers experiencing a similar problem, and TPG has been very slow to act on the issue even to the point of saying its not their problem and blaming Crazy Domains.
