Our NBN connection keeps dropping off, or goes down to just 1Mbps. This happens virtually every day, primarily in the afternoon and evening. I have tried to report it to TPG NBN at 1300997271 and I have never ever had anyone picking up the phone (tried at least 5 times, waiting for up to 30minutes!).
