Our NBN connection keeps dropping off, or goes down to just 1Mbps. This happens virtually every day, primarily in the afternoon and evening. I have tried to report it to TPG NBN at 1300997271 and I have never ever had anyone picking up the phone (tried at least 5 times, waiting for up to 30minutes!). I keep getting the same messages all the time. How do I report this network problem and how can it be solved? I have seen many messages regarding NBN dropping off, but none mentioning a solution.
