Recently moved into new apartment and needed to get FTTH through tpg as per the building manager. Apartment already has ONT connected to the wall. I received the modem and I have correctly plugged in everything but there is no DSL or internet green light turning on. Power, LAN, 5G and 2.5ghz lights all on green.
