From TP link   Dear Customer,  Hello and thank you for contacting TP-Link support. Sorry that the firmware to support SOS/ROC is not likely to be released by 31 March 2022. We are certain that VR2100,VR2100v,VR600 will support SOS/ ROC via the firmware update, but we are not sure whether or not for other models including VR2800 there will be a new firmware for this issue. But when NBN network enables SOS/ROC after 31 March, you can try enable SRA function on your vr2800 to reduce the influence of SOS&ROC. Please log into the web management control panel and refer to the attached picture to turn on SRA. I dont think SOS and ROC are essential features. The internet should run just fine even without support. Your internet will not shut down if you dont have these features.   NBN co's Network Interface Specification – UNI-DSL. lists both SOS and ROC as low importance features.    Best to wait and see. ...
