Hello, my nbn box only has two lights on and there is no internet, I contacted support for this before and it worked for about few weeks and now it’s going off again, just confused of what’s going on. Thank you.

Hello, I’m having trouble with my wifi connections, there is only the power, 2.4G and 5G, only 3 is lighting up and the Wi-Fi does not work. It has been days since this happened so really need some support. Thank you
