I’d like to thank Vim, TPG technician who attended my mum’s property in Liverpool this morning, 10/3 Amazing customer service. Something I haven’t experienced in a while. He is extremely polite, attentive. He answers his phone on first attempt, he came right on time when he said he will and he give clear instructions on the next steps and information on what is happening.
