Hi, for the past week my nbn TPG service drops every few minutes. With possibility of the issue being with the router I purchased a new TP-Link router and made no difference. My brother had a similar issue which lasted almost 2 months until a tech decides to swap out the nbn modem and the problem was solved and still working perfectly. I have logged a number of calls with TPG who just test the service and close the case. Other than changing to another nbn provider anyone have any ideas??
