Hi, I've been trying to cancel my account as well. I tried calling, however was put on hold and then taken off hold and listened to office background noise, then silence for about 20 minutes. Also, everytime I click on the link to the cancellation form, it takes me to a page where I need to sign in, only to tell me that my login details are invalid, I've changed my password to no avail.
