Frequent disconnections after moving to F5 VPN

Hello, I am experiencing frequent disconnections after my company has changed our VPN to F5. I saw a similar post with title: "Packet loss at 203.29.134.3 syd-apt-ros-int1-hu0-3-0-2.tpgi.com.au" in the TPG community page, do we know if they managed to address that issue?   Issue only happens with F5, all the other PCs / devices stay connected.   Can anyone help? ...
