Hi,  I just came across the news of the announcement for the enforced refunds by ACMA from TPG for their customers. What was the criteria for this and how do I have this assessed? I have had countless drops outs and slow speeds for years. The highlight was at one stage there was no internet for about a couple of months but was 'refunded' 1 month. Regards Kim ... View more
