Glad to know that our Engineers has contacted you to provide an update, and the factory reset somehow fixed the issue. Expect another call or SMS for any updates from the assigned Engineer handling this case. After hours on the phone to helpdesk and a return call from engineer that nothing was wrong i asked for a new modem as i felt it was the modem/router as the information from the net was getting to the modem/router but not being process to my computer. I suggest a factory reset  and got told no need to do that.. Well after i was advised a new modem/router was going to be sent  I felt nothing lost by doing a factory reset.
