I have also previously contacted accounts by another phone after I noticed there was something wrong in recent previous days. They said they have escalated the problem with technical.   I have always been paid up and active.   I have noticed the phone control panel is now back up and it says "Active".   However phone still has the same problem. Hi there, thanks for replying.   I have tried your suggestion you sent by PM.   Still cannot make or receive calls.   I get the dial tone but after calling several numbers that I know are not engaged I just get the busy tone.   Similarly trying to ring the number from another phone just gets the busy tone.   ... I have the same problem. It showed "unfinancial" on the home phone account page although I'm all paid up. I could not get access to the phone control panel. I contacted billing and accounts and now I've just checked and at least I can get access to the control panel. The phone still cannot call out or receive calls at this stage.
