Thanks,   I couldn't called out this morning and afternoon, but suddenly i can call out in the evening. I suspect that the line itself has problem. It is very hard to get into this webpage to check. Also to post my ID and other personal detail here is not a good way. The contact number of TPG are all 1300 number, which is very unfriendly, once i call 1300 number i was charge extra 10 dollar by TPG upon my monthly 10$, although is just  cost 20 cent to call 1300. I am just thinking of move to other provider if the phone line is not fixed for a long time. Other provider has the same price. I hope the TPG should provide online contact for phone service , if the phone line is down, the customer can not call for help. Anyway, i didn't do anything but my line is working again ,. Funny.
