I asked TPG to switch my current Big Talk phone plan to Extra Talk but I got an emaiol from TPG helpdesk saying that "Your ADSL2+ Unlimited 24x7 with Home Phone xxxxxxxx package has been cancelled" Why this happened ? ... View more
