This message is for TPG. My modem failed and you arranged a replacement. In the time taken before receiving the new modem we were forced to hotspot from mobile phone to access internet connection which ended up costing $65 in additional data charges from our telco.  I'm seeking a refund of the same amount from you given the reason was due to your faulty modem.   ...
